By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital PNG design from Whiskey Witch Boutique, you agree to the following Terms of Use and License Agreement.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

You may:

• Use the purchased PNG design for your own personal projects.
• Use the design to create finished physical products such as shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, bags, decals, and similar finished goods.
• Sell physical products that you personally create using the purchased design.
• Resize the design as necessary for use on your finished physical products.
• Use photographs or mockups of the physical products you have created to advertise those finished products.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may NOT:

• Resell the PNG or digital design in its original form.
• Resell the design as another digital file format, including PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS, DXF, or similar files.
• Share, trade, gift, email, message, upload, or otherwise distribute the digital file to another person.
• Upload or share the design in Facebook groups, Discord servers, Telegram groups, Google Drives, Dropbox folders, shared drives, design groups, crafting groups, or other file-sharing communities.
• Upload the design to PNG dump sites, design dump groups, freebie websites, file-sharing websites, or similar platforms.
• Include the design in digital bundles, design packs, memberships, subscriptions, or digital collections.
• Sell or distribute altered, recolored, distressed, cropped, rearranged, traced, vectorized, or otherwise modified versions of the digital design.
• Add text, graphics, backgrounds, or other elements to the design and then sell or distribute the resulting artwork as a digital file.
• Convert the PNG into an SVG, embroidery file, cutting file, sublimation file, or another digital format for resale or distribution.
• Upload the design to print-on-demand marketplaces or services that allow other users to access, download, customize, or reuse the artwork.
• Claim the artwork or design as your own creation.
• Register the artwork, or any substantially similar version of it, as your own copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• Remove a Whiskey Witch Boutique watermark from any preview, listing image, promotional image, or mockup for the purpose of obtaining or distributing the artwork.
• Place your own watermark, copyright notice, logo, or branding directly over the original digital artwork in a way that suggests you created or own the underlying design.
• Use the design to create another digital product for sale.

One purchase is for one purchaser/business only. The file may not be transferred to friends, family members, employees of another business, customers, other shops, or other creators.

WATERMARKS & LISTING IMAGES

Watermarked preview images shown on Whiskey Witch Boutique's website, social media, or product listings are for display purposes only.

Removing, cropping out, covering, recreating, or otherwise attempting to defeat a watermark in order to obtain or distribute the artwork is prohibited.

You may watermark your own photographs or mockups of finished physical products created using the design. You may not watermark the original PNG itself and represent the artwork as your own original design.

COMMERCIAL USE

This license allows the purchaser to use the design on finished physical products that they personally produce and sell.

The license does not permit digital resale or digital redistribution of any kind.

Purchasing the file does not give the purchaser exclusive rights to the design. Whiskey Witch Boutique may continue selling, licensing, advertising, modifying, or using the design.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION

You may send the file to a professional printer or production company only when necessary to produce finished physical products specifically for your business.

The printer or production company may not retain, reuse, sell, share, or distribute the artwork for any other customer or purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party production company you use protects the digital file.

DIGITAL FILE PROTECTION

You are responsible for keeping purchased files secure.

Please do not store purchased designs in publicly accessible folders, shared drives, public Canva templates, public cloud storage links, or any location where another person can download or access the original artwork.

NO DIGITAL COMPETITION

The purchased artwork may not be used to create a competing digital design product.

This includes tracing, redrawing, recreating, vectorizing, recoloring, rearranging, using portions of the artwork, or making minor modifications and offering the resulting artwork as a digital download.

Changing a portion of the artwork does not automatically create a new license to resell or redistribute the underlying design.

REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because these products are digital downloads and may become accessible immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or when there is a verified problem with the purchased file.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All applicable rights in the artwork remain with Whiskey Witch Boutique and/or the applicable rights holder.

Your purchase is a license to use the design according to these terms. It is not a transfer or sale of the copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, copying, uploading, or other use outside the scope of this license may result in:

• Immediate termination of your license to use the design.
• Removal requests or intellectual property complaints submitted to marketplaces, websites, social media platforms, hosting providers, or other services where unauthorized copies are discovered.
• Additional action when appropriate to protect the artwork and associated intellectual property rights.

Termination of a license because of a violation does not authorize continued use of previously downloaded files.

REPORTING STOLEN OR SHARED FILES

If you discover a Whiskey Witch Boutique design being illegally shared, sold, distributed, or offered through a PNG dump group or other unauthorized source, please contact Whiskey Witch Boutique.

We greatly appreciate customers and fellow creators who help protect independent artists and small businesses from digital theft.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing or downloading a digital design from Whiskey Witch Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Purchasing the file means purchasing permission to use it — not ownership of the artwork itself.
